The Day After - Short Film - Pitch Competition

The Day After Short Film written by Jermaine Wong considers the commonly neglected ordeal of Adam and Eve the day they were exiled out of idyllic Eden.

The overall winner of the Pitch competition will be given the opportunity to make their short film with world renown producers and directors!! ...assistance which would usually cost £30,000 to finance!!!

Our vision at FCP is to WIN the Pitch competition and use the 30k to bring our inspiring theatre performance 'And There Was War' from stage to screen!! (You heard it here first!). We want you to be able to grab your copy on DVD, watch it with friends and family and feel the deep emotional connection ATWW produces, in the comfort of your own home.

There's only 2 days left to vote...If you haven't already, watch our thought provoking trailer of The Day After and vote for us to progress onto the next step of the competition by clicking the link below! Don't forget, watch all the way to the end of the trailer to be able to vote and share share SHARE the link too!

No Poetry Award Poster Sep 17 COLFF v2.png

Things are rapidly building up and with even more exciting news (in case you haven’t yet picked up from social media), we are proud to announce that we have won not 1 but 5 film awards from the Christian Online Film Festival! This is something really spectacular, which again we did not expect, but overall are really proud about being honoured with such prominent recognition. With the help of all your love and support, we really can’t thank you enough.

In just 2 weeks we have reached over 2,000 views. That’s just a shy 8,000 views from last week’s goal of 10,000 views. And for the record, we could not have gotten here without the support from you! Your words of encouragement and support by sharing the link to our 'No Poetry' Short Film video has just been what we've been looking for and so we'd like to thank you once again.

Here are the 5 awards we won:

Best Actor - Jermaine Wong (The Husband)

Best Actress - Oluchi Nwabuwa(The Wife)
